Rentals
Maria Montessori Academy is pleased to offer after hours access to our facility to the Victoria community. We support the use of our space by non-profit, community and commercial groups provided it does not impact the delivery of our Preschool to Grade 12 programs. MMA programs have first priority in the use of all facilities.

Fee Schedule
All rates are per hour. Minimum 1-hour rental. Custodial fees will be applied to all indoor rentals. Our basic rate is $100 per hour.
Insurance Requirements
All groups using MMA facilities or fields must provide proof of comprehensive general liability insurance with a limit of not less than $5 million, inclusive per occurrence, for bodily injury and property damage including loss of use thereof. Such insurance shall name Maria Montessori Academy as an additional insured.
